Dec. 14One of the nice things these folks had was heated tents to sleep in. There were cots here and there, some folks with their own corner, and blankets hanging around for privacy. The first day I was in Slidell, LA Henry showed me a place that if one did not know how to get there, you would never find it and how Henry found it heaven only knows. It’s a bit out of the way, with a home made sign on a sort of road. The tree’s here are still fallen all over the place with some still standing but cut off about 6 to 10 feet up.
